3.3 You must choose a strong, unique password for your account and are solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality. deg288 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately.
3.4 deg288 reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons, in circumstances where we reasonably believe eligibility criteria have not been met or our compliance obligations require it.
4.1 In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and our licensing obligations, deg288 is required to verify the identity of all members. KYC verification is a mandatory condition for processing withdrawals above the minimum threshold.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by deg288, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
5.3 All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in the name of the deg288 account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the associated account flagged for review.
5.4 deg288 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are your responsibility.
5.5 Deposits are reflected in your account balance in real time for most payment methods. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during off-peak hours. If a deposit does not appear within 2 hours, please contact our 24/7 support team.
6.1 Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. The standard maximum per transaction is Rp 100.000.000, subject to your account's verification status and VIP tier.
6.2 All withdrawals require the account to have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts are restricted to withdrawals below the minimum KYC threshold. deg288 strongly recommends completing KYC verification immediately after registration to avoid delays.
6.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the deg288 account holder. The name on the withdrawal destination must exactly match the name on the deg288 account and associated KYC documents.

6.6 Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds portion.

7.2 Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be met before withdrawal of any winnings derived from those funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
7.3 The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:
7.4 Bonus Abuse Policy: Creating multiple accounts, using third-party funds, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk "bonus clearing" strategies (such as placing opposing bets on the same event) constitutes bonus abuse. Any account found engaging in such activity will have all Bonus Funds and related winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently suspended.
8.1 All bets placed on deg288 are binding once confirmed by the system. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake, market type, and odds — before confirming. deg288 will not cancel or refund bets on the grounds of Player error after confirmation.
8.2 For football and sports betting markets, the following rules apply:
8.3 For togel (lottery) games, draw results are sourced directly from the relevant official international lottery pool (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.) and are final. No adjustments will be made to togel results post-settlement.
8.4 For slot games and live casino, the game result as recorded by the platform system at the time of the round's completion is final. In the event of a game disconnection or technical failure mid-round, the round outcome will be determined by the game provider's fairness protocol, and stakes may be returned at deg288's discretion.
8.5 Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market type. Current limits are displayed within the relevant market on the platform. deg288 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any market at any time.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on deg288 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any deg288 content.
10.3 Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of deg288's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12.4 Gambling involves financial risk. Players acknowledge that they participate in all betting and gaming activities on deg288 at their own risk, with full awareness that losses are possible and that deg288 does not guarantee any outcome.
13.1 deg288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
13.2 In cases of account closure due to Player breach, deg288 reserves the right to withhold Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, minus any outstanding bonus liabilities, within 30 business days.
13.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closures are processed within 48 hours of the request being received.
